As you stroll down Greenbriar Street, you will admire signature mid-century elements such as wide, low-pitched gable roofs and wide eaves that cleverly protect interiors from the intense Florida sunshine, paired with picture windows comprised of awning-type panes for optimal cross-ventilation.
